  • The property is a duplex. Each duplex area has its own outdoor enjoyment space, including a grill, patio, and fire pit. The dock portion is open for guest use; the owner utilizes the boat slip for docking access.
  • The property is accessed via a combination of paved, grass, and gravel roads. There are steep hills and narrow roadways. Exercise caution, especially in winter when roads may ice.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to book is 25 years.
  • Children allowed. Property is not modified for infant/toddler safety.
  • Events allowed. Loud parties, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, are not permitted. Responsible gatherings are allowed.
  • Up to 99 pets allowed.
  • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on booking platform.
  • Pet guidelines:
    • Pets must be leashed when outside and cannot be left unattended outside.
